These Terms govern use of this website only. They are separate from, and do not replace, any Managed Services Agreement, General Terms and Conditions, Order, Quote, or Plan you may separately enter into with NEXTmsp for the provision of IT services, which are governed by their own terms.

The Site is intended for business users seeking information about IT support services. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to submit information on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hamilton County, Indiana, if brought in state court, or the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, if brought in federal court, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NEXTmsp regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements between you and NEXTmsp regarding the Site.
